About Larry Gardner

Larry Gardner is a retired U.S. Navy veteran, Certified Nursing Assistant, and faith-based author whose life is a powerful testimony of the redeeming grace of God. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, and later raised in Laurinburg, North Carolina, Larry’s journey has included seasons of hardship, addiction, and incarceration. Yet through every valley, God remained faithful—guiding him from brokenness into healing, purpose, and renewed faith.

Today, Larry shares his story to inspire others who may feel trapped by their past or overwhelmed by life's struggles. His writing speaks honestly about transformation, reminding readers that no life is beyond God's reach.

In his debut book, Resilient Grace: A Story of Redemption, Larry shares his personal testimony of how God's mercy restored his life and gave him a new beginning. His follow-up book, Resilient Grace 2: Breaking Curses, Curses Broken, continues that journey by exploring how faith in Christ can break spiritual cycles, restore families, and lead believers into freedom.

Through his books and testimony, Larry encourages readers to trust in God's promises and believe in the power of second chances. His message is simple but life-changing: faith, prayer, and worship can restore what life tries to destroy.

My scars tell a story. They are a reminder of the time when life tried to break me, but failed.
